This workshop is designed for those navigating perimenopause and beyond, offering empowering education on how hormonal changes affect pain, bone health, and movement. You’ll learn how to safely build stronger bones at any stage—including with osteopenia or osteoporosis—and leave with practical strength principles and a sample workout you can adapt to your body and life.

We will explore:

  • How your body changes with age and through menopause

  • The connection between pain and hormone health

  • Build strong bones even with osteopenia and osteoporosis

  • Strength training principles that build strong bones

  • A sample workout to support bone density at any age
